Important:
If you encounter any
problems completing your subscription, it is generally due to your browser not
accepting cookies (i.e. your browser security settings are too high). This
is particularly true for more recent versions of Windows. To address this
issue, click on "Tools" at the top of this browser screen, then
"Internet Options" and, finally, the "Security"
tab. Click on the "Custom Level" button at the bottom of
the properties window and change the setting to "Medium-Low" or
"Low". Click on "OK" and "OK"
again. Re-enter your subscription. Hopefully, you will not encounter
